Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager with 10+ years of managerial experience in marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives, brand growth, and external agency management. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, hands-on marketing expertise, leadership, and experience in real estate development. The ideal candidate brings extensive global marketing experience across Oceania, Europe, Latin America, and North America, as well as proven success managing teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all marketing activities, including brand strategy, social media, content creation, digital advertising, SEO, email campaigns, and lead generation.
Manage and coordinate external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality deliverables.
Lead internal marketing team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Oversee website management and content optimization (Squarespace preferred).
Implement marketing automation, CRM, and AI tools (Follow Up Boss, Flodesk, Zapier, ManyChat, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity).
Support sales and operational initiatives as needed, ensuring marketing strategies align with revenue goals and business operations.
Produce marketing collateral and high-impact presentations for investors, clients, and community initiatives.
Analyze marketing metrics and performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of managerial experience in marketing, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or related sectors.
Proven track record of leading marketing teams and coordinating external agencies.
Experience planning and executing live events and community initiatives.
Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, social media management, copywriting, SEO, and paid media campaigns.
Experience with global marketing initiatives across multiple regions (Oceania, Europe, Latin America, North America).
Strong strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and writing skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with ability to lead teams in both languages.
Must live in Nosara or be willing to relocate full-time.
Familiarity with marketing technology, CRM, automation, and AI tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in regenerative real estate, sustainable development, or community-focused projects.
International experience and exposure to multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with Squarespace, Canva, Google Ads, Flodesk, and social media management platforms.
